AZIZI RIVIERA 17, SHOP 01, NAD AL SHEBA, DUBAI, UAE

La Molu opened in Azizi Riviera 17 on 15 September 2026 as Chef Ayşenur’s restaurant, patisserie and bakery. She chose Azizi Riviera for its mix of nationalities and a community that values quality and dining excellence.
Trained in Turkish Ottoman cuisine and pastry at Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Ayşenur brings years of culinary experience in Türkiye to Dubai. She has won two gold medals and a silver at international culinary competitions.
The French training shows in the desserts. Turkish cooking runs through the bakery, the breakfast table and the dishes that she has made her own.
The name is personal: Â La represents the pursuit of excellence, while Molu honours her family name and her father, jeweller Orhan Molu. He shaped gold by hand, and she works the same way with food.

Not exactly.  LA MOLU is a chef-led restaurant and patisserie in Azizi Riviera, Dubai, by Turkish Chef Ayşenur. The menu draws on Mediterranean and Turkish cooking, from a traditional Turkish breakfast and meze to Turkish flatbreads, alongside dishes created only for  LA MOLU, such as Huevos Rancheros and the  LA Blue cheesecake.
LA MOLU serves a traditional Turkish breakfast from 8 AM. It includes Turkish white cheese and kaşar, black and green olives, tomatoes and cucumbers, kaymak with honey, jams, simit and fresh bread, with eggs your way or menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with tomatoes and peppers). The cheeses, olives, tea and coffee come from Turkish suppliers.
Yes. If you live in Azizi Riviera and have a dog, Â LA MOLU welcomes you both, indoors and in the outdoor seating area, with water bowls available. Dogs are welcome all day, from 8 AM to midnight, whether you're stopping for breakfast, a coffee and pastry, or a full meal. Â LA MOLU is family-friendly too, so the whole household can come.
Yes. If you work from home in Azizi Riviera, Â LA MOLU welcomes you to set up in its restaurant and patisserie, with free WiFi and charging points. It's open from 8 AM to midnight, with dining tables, a lounge area and bar seating to choose from, and Turkish coffee, pastries and full meals served throughout the day.
On a first visit to  LA MOLU, start with the signature dishes. In the morning, that's the traditional Turkish breakfast or Chef Ayşenur's Huevos Rancheros, a Mexican breakfast. Later in the day, go for the 18-hour sous-vide beef pide. For dessert, choose the syrup-free Tahinli Kuru Baklava or the no-bake  LA Blue cheesecake, with a Turkish coffee.
Most baklava is soaked in sugar syrup.  LA MOLU's Tahinli Kuru Baklava is made without it: "kuru" means dry in Turkish, and tahini takes the syrup's place. The result is crisp pastry layers with a lighter sweetness and a toasted sesame flavour. Chef Ayşenur, who trained in pastry at Le Cordon Bleu, created it as one of  LA MOLU's signature desserts.
Both are Turkish flatbreads, made in different ways. Pide is a boat-shaped bread baked with a topping, and at  LA MOLU it's topped with beef cooked sous-vide for 18 hours. Gözleme is thin dough rolled out by hand, filled, folded and cooked on a griddle.  LA MOLU makes its gozleme fresh to order.
